Requirements and Responsibilities
- Carry out onboarding, offboarding, one-on-ones
- Conduct regular monitoring of the employee adaptation process
- Participate in the recruitment cycle, promptly respond to organizational changes, needs and requests of employees, offer solutions
- Participate in personnel assessment
- Create analytical reports, conduct surveys and HR research
- Provide information and consulting support
- Participate in the improvement of other processes
Experience
- 2+ years’ experience as HR Manager / HR Specialist / HRBP/HRPP.
Soft skills
- Strong English (upper-intermediate/B2 level).
- Good communication skills
- Good conflict management skills
